Tournament

Julius Caesar goes first on the first turn regardless of the cards played.

House rules:
Max 2 event cards per hand.
Remove Jupiter.
Remove Vulcan.
Remove all events.

Fire with all blocks before assigning hits.
Automatically assign hits when possible.
