Rule changes for online play:

• In the Redeployment Segment all Government mobile units are returned to the OC box (instead of the OPS box). In the Reinforcement Phase they can be Activated into the OPS box. This way there is no need for an intermediary state to differentiate between activated and inactive units in the OPS box.
